“I do food!”
Driven by food, family, and fun, Bianca Beach’s mission is to help you eat better, feel better, and grow your confidence in and out of the kitchen.
Your best friend in food
Hi, I’m Bianca Beach, and I do food! You know that person, well…before ChatGPT, that you always called or texted with your food questions? That’s me! And that’s been me for as long as I can remember. I’m the person (and my mom was too) who gets stopped at the store by random people asking how to boil potatoes. So, I’ve gone public, created a bigger stage, and am expanding my reach. Ask me anything, and please, if you haven’t yet, tune in to Bianca Beach Food on the other platforms, where I share all kinds of tips, tricks, and words of inspiration.

Let’s make SHIFT Happen
Big changes come from small shifts. But it all starts with us. We have to be the change we wish to see; outsourcing motivation rarely works for anyone. Tomorrow YOU will be the exact same you as today, just a little bit older. Change starts now. Be it; believe it; and I promise- you will see it. In 2005, I started the journey of rebuilding my life, my relationship with food, and most importantly, my relationship with myself. Learning to listen and to trust myself again was not easy. And twenty years later, I’m far from perfect, but I believe in striving to make every day better than the last through small incremental shifts- even if it’s just my own perspective. Life is too short, and we are too much of a miracle to live anything less than extraordinary! Let’s SHIFT!
If you have an event that could use some non-toxic positivity and motivational messaging- click the link below; I’d love to share my story with your team- corporate or otherwise! My blend of humor, crazy life experiences, and the perspective I choose to have on all of it makes my time on stage relatable and engaging for all audiences.
About
Bianca
As a product of two chefs, creating AND enjoying food together has been an integral part of my being from the very start. I was fortunate (although at times it didn't seem like it) to grow up in my mom’s restaurant kitchen, where I saw her hard work and huge heart turn talent and passion into a successful business. I now realize how inspiring that time was for me, and it’s no surprise that connecting with people through food is one of my greatest joys and lifelong passions. I’ve worked in bakeries and restaurants in Seattle, Tacoma, LA, and Cleveland, and I’ve been doing my own thing for close to 15 years. I specialized in French pastry, have catered weddings, countless dinners, private events, and now have a sauce line called Llamacita: a fun, flavorful line of spicy sauces meant to elevate any meal or mood.
Although my love of food has been constant, my relationship with food has been complicated. For eight years, I suffered from an at times debilitating eating disorder that I honestly thought would take me down one way or another. It was on a plane back to LA from Cleveland when I realized it was time for a shift. From that moment on, I chose life, and I took teeny-tiny baby steps every single day toward my future. Through a little bit of therapy, lots of group meetings, meditation, mindfulness, pounds gained, and pounds lost, I now live on the other side of disordered eating. Food is one of the only “substances” that we HAVE to learn to live with. It is absolutely not easy, but so worth doing the work for. Please know if you are in this right now, it can be done.
I’ve always known that my passion is bringing people joy through food, but I’ve only just recently realized that my purpose is helping people find joy WITH food. I share my story in an effort to inspire, encourage, or just open up the conversation. Find me on social media, SubStack, or hear me speak on stage sometime. And if you just need someone to talk to, I’m here for that as well. I get messages from people almost daily, and it makes me feel so great to be a friend that way. PLEASE don’t hesitate to reach out. Xo,
BB
